What you'll do

• Lead registration, benefits verification, and checkout
• collect guest payments
• complete end-of-day closing procedures
• welcome guests and maintain a courteous, professional manner
• protect PHI and comply with HIPAA
• coordinate guest flow and communicate arrivals and delays to providers and team members
• update demographics and collect personal and financial information
• answer phones, return calls, and schedule appointments
• obtain precertifications or authorizations when necessary
• open and close the clinic
• maintain an organized lobby
• perform assigned office duties.
