The Chiropractor is an onsite, full-time role in Cape Coral, FL, with compensation of $85,000–$95,000 per year. Multi-Care Medical of SW Florida provides integrated care combining chiropractic medicine, orthopedic evaluations, pain management, and rehabilitation. The chiropractor evaluates and treats musculoskeletal injuries, particularly those related to motor vehicle accidents, and develops individualized treatment plans. The role contributes to coordinated, patient-centered care by collaborating with orthopedic specialists, pain management providers, and rehabilitation staff and maintaining clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Perform chiropractic examinations, consultations, and musculoskeletal assessments
• diagnose and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries
• develop evidence-based treatment plans
• provide chiropractic adjustments, spinal manipulation, and other appropriate therapeutic procedures
• coordinate care with orthopedic specialists, pain management providers, and rehabilitation staff
• evaluate X-rays and MRI studies
• monitor progress and revise treatment plans as indicated
• maintain accurate electronic medical records
• comply with Florida PIP regulations and applicable professional standards
• participate in interdisciplinary case discussions.

Why this role
