What you'll do

• Provide nursing care in accordance with practice standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable guidelines

• educate residents and families
• administer medications and treatments
• document orders and progress notes
• report changes in condition
• monitor skin changes
• order and report diagnostic tests
• coordinate rehabilitation with therapists
• monitor CNA documentation and assignments.
