What you'll do

• Wash, clean, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• maintain clean kitchen, dish room, and floors
• clean and maintain the dish machine and sanitizing levels
• follow cleaning schedules and food safety practices
• assist with food and supply transportation and storage
• assist cooks and wait staff as requested
• support special events, banquets, and theme meals.
