Club Concierge

The Club Concierge role is onsite in Keystone, CO, paying $22.26–$25.00 per hour. The concierge serves as a primary ambassador for the Kindred Club at Vail Resorts, supporting members and their guests. The role elevates the member experience by anticipating needs, providing information, and coordinating club services and amenities. It also supports daily operations, reservations, events, and member inquiries while fostering satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

What you'll do

• Assist members and guests with club needs
• coordinate transportation, dining, spa services, activities, and on-mountain experiences
• issue key cards and assist with membership account inquiries
• book events and process payments
• resolve concerns
• maintain confidentiality
• keep club areas clean and welcoming
• restock lounge snacks and beverages
• maintain system records and daily logs
• plan activities and events
• assist with event marketing and photo library.
