The Tenant Experience & Center Concierge serves as the front-facing ambassador for Alexandria's tenant community. This onsite role is based in San Diego, CA, with a salary range of $36.06–$40.87 per hour, supporting the Asset Services team at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. This role exists to provide hospitality-driven service and operational support to tenants and guests. The concierge manages front-desk operations, coordinates events, maintains building standards, and ensures efficient communication across various campus teams to foster a collaborative innovation environment.
