Field Service Representative I

The Field Service Representative I role is onsite in Marana, AZ, with pay of $20 to $24 per hour. The role supports field maintenance of tower infrastructure and associated systems. The representative troubleshoots, repairs, tests, and configures tower, sensor, power, and communications equipment to maintain system operability and respond to reported outages. The work includes field assignments in all weather conditions, day or night, and occasional warehouse duties.

What you'll do

• Maintain tower infrastructure, foundations, sensors, power systems, shelters, and communications equipment. Troubleshoot and test systems
• replace and configure equipment
• verify repairs
• use manuals, schematics, drawings, and work instructions
• document work orders with photos and closeout packages
• operate a company vehicle
• maintain required operator licenses
• and follow safety and tower-climbing standards.
