What you'll do

• Identify and secure appropriate rental housing in the San Francisco Greater Bay Area
• generate leasing leads through phone, internet, social media, in-person outreach, and canvassing
• market program incentives to landlords, property managers, and associations
• manage provider accounts and communication
• maintain lead and property data in Salesforce
• develop reports and workflow systems
• conduct housing quality inspections and advise stakeholders about deficiencies
• drive frequently for community visits and property meetings.
