What you'll do

• Prepare financial reports, statements, and budget performance analyses
• implement accounting policies and job-cost accounting systems
• recommend process changes to reduce costs and enhance revenue
• supervise the bookkeeper and operational teams
• lead automation of payroll, time tracking, inventory, and equipment control
• identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions for accurate financial tracking.
