The Server role is an onsite, part-time position in Lake Worth, FL, paying $20–$25 per hour. Indian Spring & Fountains Country Club’s food and beverage operation serves members and guests across dining, beach club, banquet, and beverage-cart settings. The server creates a positive guest experience through prompt, attentive service and knowledge of menus, beverages, and club offerings. The role supports dining and events by coordinating service, maintaining clean areas, and assisting across assigned food and beverage outlets.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• prepare tables
• maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, and member events
• serve food and beverages, fulfill requests, upsell, remove courses, replenish utensils, and refill beverages
• open and pour wine tableside
• keep dining and service areas clean and organized
• set up, break down, and serve events and banquets
• complete side-station setup and prep work.

Why this role
