Description

Consults with physicians and allied health professionals regarding patients' nutritional statuses and recommends specific diet plans. Formulates nutrition assessment and follow-up plans for patients at nutrition risk. Participates in clinical rounds and department meetings. Provides staff relief and cross-coverage.
