Construction Project Manager — Restoration

The Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Bismarck, ND; compensation is $55,000–$95,000+ annually based on experience and performance. Specialized Cleaning & Restoration manages fire, water, and storm damage restoration projects. The project manager owns restoration projects from start to finish, coordinating scopes, costs, crews, subcontractors, schedules, documentation, and customer communication to deliver quality work within timelines and budgets.

Why this role

Requires a valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of management or supervisory experience, and 3+ years of construction experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., plus an on-call rotation.
