What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, and manage multi-phase development projects
• advocate for personnel, equipment, and space resources
• communicate cost and schedule risks to customers, principal investigators, and laboratory leadership
• provide programmatic, financial, and technical reporting
• engage teams on execution progress and risk plans
• recommend execution improvements to senior management
• prioritize workflows and staffing to support innovation and technology maturation.
