Personal Care Aide (PCA)

Job overview

The Personal Care Aide (PCA) role provides in-home and community support in Herndon and other Northern Virginia areas. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour. Butterfly Home Care provides personalized support to clients in their homes and communities. The aide assists clients with daily living, personal care, companionship, and household or community activities as applicable. The role follows individualized care plans, helps maintain a safe and comfortable environment, communicates observations to the care team, and completes daily documentation.
