The role supports ZURU Toys’ business with Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s Wholesale. This founding team role helps run club-channel operations and supports sales growth. It combines account administration, sales reporting, buyer presentations, showroom readiness, order tracking, and coordination across internal and international teams; as the team grows, commercial responsibilities are expected to increase.

What you'll do

• Support club accounts and product setup
• maintain accurate pricing and product details
• track orders and submit information through retailer supplier systems
• analyze sales, stock, and market data and prepare reports
• help prepare buyer presentations and samples
• maintain the Issaquah showroom
• track orders and shipments
• coordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams
• follow up on customer requests
• provide day-to-day office support.
