The director leads branch teams and wellness operations, manages budgets and facility oversight, and supports growth through program expansion, member recruitment, and retention in alignment with the YMCA’s mission and goals.

What you'll do

• Supervise Branch Directors
• oversee the Wellness Department and Oakcrest facility
• monitor monthly financial performance and manage the branch budget
• support program expansion, member recruitment, and retention
• ensure facility safety and compliance with YMCA standards and regulations
• work with the COO, Executive Director, and Branch Board of Managers
• support annual support and association-wide fund development efforts.
