What you'll do

• Oversee daily accounting and business-office operations
• manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, deal posting, payroll coordination, and general-ledger activity
• reconcile bank and floorplan accounts, vehicle inventory, and balance-sheet schedules
• review contracts in transit and outstanding balances
• prepare monthly financial statements and complete month- and year-end close
• oversee title and registration workflows
• maintain internal controls
• supervise and train office staff
• coordinate with ownership, accountants, lenders, and vendors
• monitor cash flow and expenses.
