• Recruit, hire, schedule, and train personal trainers
• support staff training and education
• track member consultations and training sessions
• meet with the Club Manager
• prepare profitability and goal reports
• maintain required documentation
• monitor new-member follow-up
• maintain equipment and repair tracking
• respond to emergencies
• support departmental goals and staff development.
