What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals, snacks, and special-diet items according to menus and dietary requirements
• maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow safety and sanitation standards
• monitor food inventory and order and stock supplies as needed
• collaborate with the registered dietitian and food-service team to meet resident preferences and dietary restrictions
• develop and implement creative, nutritious menu options
• participate in meal service and ensure food presentation
• maintain records of food preparation, inventory, and resident preferences.
