What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, quotes, and sales orders
• provide support by phone and email
• process orders and quotes and coordinate with production and logistics
• maintain customer records
• resolve complaints and follow up on corrective actions
• assist with proposal preparation, invoice submission, order entry, compliance tracking, and reporting
• manage government-contract bid portals
• coordinate government material testing and shade-report logs
• maintain contract documentation
• train new employees
• research order, invoice, and shipment discrepancies
• and prepare sales reports and quarterly year-over-year analysis.
