What you'll do

• Enforce rules and model positive behavior
• oversee recreation areas and safety
• organize games, fitness events, arts and crafts, and musical instruction
• welcome and encourage members
• assess group dynamics and collaborate on activities
• complete paperwork, incident reports, progress evaluations, and activity assessments
• attend staff and team meetings
• provide supervisor feedback
• implement the Club’s positive youth development elements and policies.
