Vendor Manager

What you'll do

• Obtain, validate, and document vendor pricing and service options
• negotiate pricing, service offerings, service-level commitments, and contract terms
• administer vendor agreements and service orders
• review proposals and contracts for accuracy and alignment with company standards
• maintain contract terms and renewal information
• maintain vendor-management tools and records in Salesforce/VISION
• monitor vendor performance and service issues
• coordinate escalations
• maintain vendor contacts and procedures
• resolve quoting, ordering, and service issues with Sales and Operations
• identify process, data quality, automation, and efficiency improvements
• keep stakeholders informed.

Why this role

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of vendor management, carrier relations, telecommunications, procurement, contract administration, or related commercial experience. Experience with Salesforce or a similar system is preferred.
