What you'll do

• Process provider enrollment applications for insurance networks and government programs, including Medicare and Medicaid
• maintain accurate provider data and enrollment status
• conduct credentialing and recredentialing
• use credentialing software and databases
• audit provider files
• serve as a contact for provider inquiries
• coordinate with billing and HR
• assist with audit documentation and staff training
• support compliance and process improvements.
