What you'll do

• Manage facilities projects from requirements definition through closeout
• coordinate stakeholders and deliverables
• support facilities planning, operational readiness, and space utilization
• develop schedules, action plans, status reports, and metrics
• monitor risks, issues, resources, and progress
• identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• maintain SOPs and project documentation
• analyze and present data
• prepare executive reports and briefings
• track costs, budgets, and contractor performance
• support quality assurance, compliance, audits, assessments, and space-management initiatives.
