What you'll do

• Assist job site superintendents with structural shell construction management
• verify the working deck is ready for inspection
• help coordinate subcontractors and site superintendents
• verify the owner’s concrete testing company observes pours, performs slump tests, takes concrete cylinders, and documents pours
• spot-check control lines, railing block-outs, and water availability
• assist with coordination of framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors in the clubhouse
• perform other assigned tasks.
