The engineer provides electrical and controls expertise for equipment introductions, commissioning, and troubleshooting. The role supports reliable customer operations by diagnosing automation issues, integrating control systems, and maintaining records of work performed.

What you'll do

• Provide electrical and controls engineering expertise for new equipment and system introductions
• serve as an internal subject matter expert in Siemens PLC, HMI, motion control systems, system integration, sensors, and electromechanical devices
• apply knowledge of electronics, circuits, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and programming
• travel to customer sites for machine commissioning and troubleshooting
• maintain logs and written records.
