Regional Sales Manager, RECO Division

Job overview

The Regional Sales Manager, RECO Division role is based onsite in Indianapolis, IN, and covers a territory including Monroe, OH; Indianapolis, IN; Florence, KY; and Louisville, KY. Compensation is $120,000–$200,000 per year. RECO Equipment distributes heavy and compact equipment and provides rental, parts, and service solutions. The manager leads and develops Territory Sales Managers while driving regional growth, profitability, and customer relationships. The role coordinates sales activity, inventory planning, and support across the territory to advance the division's business objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Territory Sales Managers
• conduct ride-alongs and sales mentoring
• recruit, train, and onboard sales team members
• build customer and national account relationships
• forecast sales and support inventory planning
• review quotes with Sales Support, Rental, and Service teams
• monitor regional performance and profitable growth
• approve team expenses, travel, and customer entertainment
• travel throughout the territory and attend manufacturer meetings and industry events.
