CNC Router and Edgebander Field Service Technician

Job overview

The CNC Router and Edgebander Field Service Technician role is onsite in Holland, MI, with occasional travel in the U.S. and Canada. Pay is $30–$33 per hour. NewCNC supplies CNC machinery to woodworking and plastics shops across North America and provides installation, training, and service. The technician assembles and tunes machines, installs and commissions them at customer sites, trains operators, and diagnoses and repairs equipment issues. The role helps customers put machinery into production and keep it operating reliably.

What you'll do

• Assemble CNC routers, edgebanders, boring machines, and panel saws at the Holland facility
• perform quality checks and tune machines
• install and commission equipment at customer locations
• train customers on safe operation, setup, and maintenance
• diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues in the field and by phone
• document service work and share findings with the team.
