The Boiler Controls Technician is a field role covering the greater Phoenix, AZ market and surrounding territory. Compensation is $55–$65 per hour, depending on controls experience and platform familiarity. The technician serves manufacturing, food and beverage, healthcare, higher education, and commercial accounts. The role troubleshoots, repairs, commissions, and upgrades industrial boiler controls to support safe, reliable, and efficient steam and hot-water equipment. It also advises customers on reliability, efficiency, and code compliance and documents service work and recommendations.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and commission burner management and flame safeguard systems
• perform combustion tuning and analysis
• diagnose and program PLC- and HMI-based controls
• execute controls retrofits and upgrades
• conduct startups, loop checks, functional testing, and safety interlock verification
• respond to emergency service calls and participate in a shared on-call rotation
• document service work and advise customers.
