What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day plant quality activities and quality strategy
• establish standards, controls, inspections, and escalation processes
• investigate defects and nonconformances
• drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• maintain the quality management system and support audits
• lead APQP and manufacturing readiness activities
• coordinate supplier and customer quality responses
• manage quality metrics
• lead and develop quality personnel.
