What you'll do

• Assess residents’ health, educational, and environmental needs
• communicate significant changes to the interdisciplinary team
• develop, document, and revise care plans
• administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids safely and promptly
• notify physicians using SBARR
• monitor care delivery
• assist with call lights and activities of daily living
• participate in quality improvement and maintain current nursing practices.

Why this role
