Compensation is $0 per year. The Regional Manager, Affordable Housing role is based in Fort Smith, AR, and oversees an affordable housing community portfolio as an offsite leader. Asset Living is a third-party property management firm with affordable housing and other residential property divisions. The role oversees property operations, staff, financial performance, leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management. It supports compliant, effective community operations and resident service while advancing portfolio performance and property standards.

What you'll do

• Ensure fair housing, LIHTC, and/or Section 8 compliance
• monitor applications and annual recertifications
• conduct file reviews and inspections
• hire, train, coach, and develop staff
• oversee budgets, financial reporting, collections, invoices, and contracts
• guide leasing and resident retention
• address resident concerns
• oversee maintenance, property appearance, and emergency response
• travel for property visits, conferences, and training as needed.
