Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Integration Lead / Project Manager

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Integration Lead / Project Manager role is onsite in Atlanta, GA at least three days per week, or requires the candidate to be a Georgia resident willing to work onsite. Compensation is $50–$75 per hour. The role supports Georgia Access, the State of Georgia’s State-Based Exchange. The role manages integration projects across their lifecycle, coordinating Enhanced Direct Enrollment partners and technical vendors with the Georgia Access Eligibility & Enrollment System. It helps ensure integrations meet Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and State-Based Exchange requirements through project oversight, compliance coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

What you'll do

• Manage CMS and EDE partner integrations, including Operational Readiness Reviews, technical implementation, and compliance
• review partner applications and change requests
• maintain project and partner documentation
• report status to leadership
• coordinate cross-functional reviews
• monitor program updates and manage change adoption
• manage risks and escalations
• serve as a contact for CMS, partners, and health plan issuers
• facilitate meetings and communicate updates.
