The Bilingual Personal Lines Insurance Producer (Spanish) works onsite in Arlington, VA. Compensation is $25–$36 per hour. The producer develops new and existing client opportunities, maintains client relationships, and helps customers select and understand coverage. The role also supports sales goals through prospecting, accurate quotes, policy binding, account follow-up, and timely activity records.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients
• follow up with clients and prospects and provide account support
• prospect for new clients and additional coverage
• obtain suitable coverage and rates, prepare quotes, bind coverage, and explain policies
• monitor sales metrics and document sales activity
• collaborate with and mentor team members
• maintain continuing education and knowledge of insurance products, legislation, coverage, and technology.
