Foster Care Coordinator

The Foster Care Coordinator role is onsite in Albuquerque, NM. Compensation is $22–$26 per hour, depending on education and experience. The Treatment Coordinator maintains supportive contact with clients and foster parents and coordinates the treatment team. What you'll do

• Maintain regular supportive contact with clients, Treatment Foster Parents, and biological or adoptive parents when indicated.
• Coordinate treatment-team activities and provide liaison and advocacy with community-based services and supports according to the assessment and treatment plan.
