What you'll do

• Draft, edit, proofread, and prepare legal correspondence and intellectual property documents
• prepare, review, and electronically file U.S. patent and trademark applications and related documents with the USPTO
• maintain patent and trademark docketing systems and track deadlines, office actions, fees, and renewals
• prepare docket and status reports
• assist with prosecution documents
• coordinate domestic and foreign filings
• conduct legal research
• maintain client files, databases, and legal documents.
