What you'll do

• Coordinate and assign drivers based on demand, availability, and service requirements
• monitor active trips and resolve routing or operational issues
• communicate route adjustments and trip updates
• support drivers and customers
• maintain dispatch records, trip logs, and operational documentation
• assist with billing inquiries and compliance with company procedures.
