The Clinical Medical Assistant (CMA) role is onsite in Voorhees Township, NJ, with travel to King of Prussia, PA as needed (estimated 5%). Pay is $20–$23 per hour. NeurAbilities Healthcare provides specialty care for people with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. The role supports providers and patients by coordinating clinical triage, communications, medication and imaging authorizations, and related documentation. It helps keep care processes organized and timely while working collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff.

What you'll do

• Perform in-person triage
• manage assigned EHR messages, calls, refill requests, forms, and faxes
• process and track medication, testing, and imaging prior authorizations
• prepare charts
• coordinate with providers and clients
• complete office opening and closing procedures
• monitor supplies and clinical rooms
• and escalate emergent issues to appropriate staff.
