What you'll do
- Follow payer requirements and procedures when billing for products, care, and services
- submit claims accurately and on time
- perform billing, collections, scanning, filing, and audits
- follow up on assigned accounts and escalate issues
- monitor accounts receivable in CPR+
- answer phone lines and handle faxes
- provide backup for Patient Services
- respond to payer audits and coordinate with Compliance.
