The Core Crew member welcomes and assists clients, handles routine account and class-scheduling tasks, supports retail sales, and helps maintain a clean studio. The position contributes to a positive client experience and the studio’s sales and community goals.

What you'll do

• Welcome clients and support their studio experience
• respond to client needs and concerns
• maintain product knowledge
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio updates
• assist with daily operations and cleanliness
• follow up with client lists for sales quotas
• respond to client emails
• alert coaches to milestones.
