Materials Control Planner

What you'll do

• Prepare import demand files and run, verify, and publish material requirements planning in SAP
• track material preparation and demand forecasts
• maintain item master and bill-of-material data and conduct weekly audits
• prepare end-of-manufacturing material reports and coordinate disposition with fulfillment and other sites
• monitor aging, excess, salvage, scrap, and transfer materials
• coordinate interdepartmental reviews and follow up on materials and inventory KPIs
• lead cycle counts and materials process activities
• account for customer-supplied materials and conduct system inquiries and counts
• issue sales orders and delivery notes and prepare shipping documents
• prepare shipment hit-rate results for managers’ meetings.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field and at least two years of relevant professional experience.
