What you'll do

• Repair appliances and fixtures
• patch walls and paint interiors
• clean vacant units and interior spaces
• perform miscellaneous carpentry repairs and change locks
• maintain grounds through landscaping and snow removal
• coordinate with management, coworkers, residents, and subcontractors. Maintenance staff participate in a rolling on-call calendar.
