Reporting to the House Manager, the staff member supports residents and staff by maintaining a safe house environment, responding to client questions, completing required records and tests, and referring treatment-related concerns to clinical staff when appropriate.

What you'll do

• Conduct property rounds
• answer and direct calls to the main house phone
• enforce house rules and record violations
• enter violation, pass-log, and client-satisfaction data
• administer urinalysis and breathalyzer tests according to department policy
• respond professionally to client questions and concerns
• refer treatment issues to clinical staff when appropriate
• and dispense medications.
