Concrete Estimator

What you'll do

• Review project plans and specifications
• conduct bid analysis and detailed quantity takeoffs
• collect subcontractor and supplier pricing
• assess project risks and mitigation strategies
• develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and proposal documents
• review estimates
• participate in go/no-go decisions
• prepare client presentations
• travel to job sites and offices.
