Security Service Technician, Grand Junction

Job overview

The Security Service Technician role is onsite in Grand Junction, CO, with pay of $22–$30+ per hour depending on experience and certifications. The technician supports Cook Solutions Group’s security service and installation work, with possible cross-training to assist with ATM service in the area. The role installs, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs electronic and physical security equipment, communicates with customers and management, and maintains accurate records and assigned tools, inventory, and vehicle.

What you'll do

• Travel to client sites for alarm troubleshooting and repair
• install and service security products and wiring
• test equipment for performance and code compliance
• conduct site surveys when requested
• communicate project status
• complete paperwork
• maintain truck stock and company vehicle
• train less experienced employees
• and solicit new business when not working on service or installation.
