What you'll do

• Assess plans and evaluate the patient's care needs and carry out physician orders.
• Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition utilizing computerized documentation systems.
• Instruct and educate patients and families as part of a Multidisciplinary Care Planning team.
• Identify nursing problems as they relate to the individual needs of the patient.
