The Product Manager – Fresh Produce Operations role is hybrid in Salinas, CA, with a stated annual base pay range of $65,000–$90,000. The role supports Naturipe Farms’ product management work for an assigned region and commodity lane. The Product Manager coordinates short-term sales and operations planning, inventory allocation, transfers, and import flows to support customer service and profitability. The role also guides sales with availability information and directs the daily priorities of Assistant Product Managers.

What you'll do

• Own daily short-term sales and operations planning for an assigned region
• plan transfers and import flows
• partner with Transportation on load efficiency and departure cutoffs
• lead claims resolution and prevention
• oversee FIFO allocation and rotation
• direct repack and regrade decisions
• maintain customer specifications
• communicate availability and fulfillment changes
• participate in pre-season planning
• mentor Assistant Product Managers and direct daily priorities.
