What you'll do

• Support attorneys through all phases of civil defense litigation
• draft and organize pleadings, discovery documents, correspondence, and case materials
• coordinate depositions and hearings
• assist with discovery responses and document production
• review and organize medical records as needed
• prepare trial materials, exhibits, and witness files
• track deadlines and maintain case records
• communicate with attorneys, clients, and other parties.
