Customer Service Representative – Call Center

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls
• make up to 200 outbound calls and follow-ups daily
• contact homeowners who requested bathroom remodeling information
• qualify customers and answer basic questions
• schedule and confirm consultations by phone, text, and email
• manage calls and follow-up tasks
• enter customer and appointment information into the CRM
• follow call scripts
• meet daily activity and data-entry expectations
• coordinate with sales and customer-care teams.
