What you'll do

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and machining centers according to work instructions
• load and unload parts and materials
• perform visual and dimensional inspections
• read blueprints, process sheets, and work instructions
• use calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• maintain quality and efficiency standards
• keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
• assist with material handling, tooling organization, and other shop duties
• support continuous improvement initiatives.
